Goals and Objectives – Blog It!

How do you track the progress of your glass business?  Do you set goals and benchmarks to be reached?  Do you have detailed directives?  Do you just plod along and let it happen?  Tell us what you do to keep your business thriving.  Blog it!

    I believe in keepin on truckin, but I’ll tell you it’s been really tough at times this past year. I try to keep the creative spirit alive but I often feel like the business end of things takes over. I think I do need to set some goals and objectives…but I feel like I’m always struggling to keep my head above water.
